Booking Policies

Your reservation has been made under one of the following policies, depending on the rate selected at the time of booking:

1. Non-Refundable Rate

• 100% of the total reservation cost is charged at the time of booking.
• This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show.

2. Standard Rate (Refundable up to 21 Days Before Arrival)

• A 30% deposit is charged at the time of booking.
• The deposit is fully refundable for cancellations made up to 21 days before arrival.
• The remaining 70% will be automatically collected 20 days before arrival.
• Cancellations made 20 days or less before arrival are charged 100% of the total stay.

Payment Security

All payments are processed through the secure environment of Stripe. We do not store or have access to any credit card details at any stage of the transaction.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: 15:00
• Check-out: 10:00

Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

All prices include applicable taxes.
